Order process
- Choose your products:
- Browse the catalog, select the product you want, and adjust the options and quantity. The price per piece, total price, and production time update automatically. Need a product that is not listed? Contact us and we will do our best to add it or prepare a custom quote.
- Name your versions:
- Ordering the same product in multiple versions — for example, playing cards with three different designs on the same paper and print quality? Use the version field to name each variant. They can all go in one order.
- Add to cart to calculate shipping:
- Click "add to cart" to see available shipping methods with costs and transit times. Sea freight has a relatively high fixed cost but scales well for larger orders; air freight is cheaper for small quantities but rises quickly. Combine products in one cart to calculate the total shipping cost.
- Submit your quotation request:
- Fill in your delivery and billing address at checkout and click "submit quotation request". You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. This is a quotation request, not a binding order.
- Discuss the details:
- One of our project managers will contact you within one business day to confirm the request and discuss artwork, design, and samples. Sample costs are charged in advance; for new customers, payment is required before samples are sent.
- Production and quality control:
- After the order is confirmed and your down payment received, production starts. Our team in China checks quality before, during, and after production. We verify factories in person — no child labor, fair wages, and basic waste management are non-negotiable.
- Shipping:
- We ship sea freight to Rotterdam and air freight to Amsterdam, then truck to your address. For EU customers under DDP terms, import clearance and duties are handled and paid by us. Express shipments are cleared by the carrier in your country.
- Delivery and invoice:
- Your project manager will confirm delivery and send the final invoice. Unloading at the delivery address is your responsibility; for pallets or large shipments, please arrange this in advance.
